Processes
  • Certifications and maturity in applying Lean, Six Sigma, Safety, Environmental, and Health best practices.
  • Participation of at least five people from multiple functional areas, including those with specification and/or decision-making authority.
  • Willingness to collaborate within the ecosystem by sharing experiences, lessons learned, and knowledge dissemination.
  • Technology at a maturity level beyond the basic stage, positioned at an intermediate level or aligned with laboratory use.
  • Interviews with selected companies to validate expectation alignment regarding the immersion.
