At the 2025 Kick-Off, an event that set the stage for N&DC’s strategies and goals for the year, our team experienced a special moment that not only reinforced the importance of teamwork but also highlighted the value of a clear purpose in achieving shared objectives and creating meaningful impact. The “Solidarity Chair” activity was a clear example of how working with a common purpose and careful planning makes unity and teamwork essential in transforming reality. All employees took part in assembling the wheelchairs, focusing on quality, planning, and unexpected adjustments.
